There are a few factors. Depending on your location in the world, and dependent on your countries import customs. 7 business days is typically the earliest and 20 is the latest we have seen. (20 is with severe weather impacts or delays)

WHAT IS MATROVA’S WARRANTY POLICY?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Mouse pads are not returnable/ refundable once opened, if unopened they can be returned within the 30 day policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

CAN THE MOUSE PAD SURFACE MATERIAL BE REPLACED?

Currently, the surface material of the mouse pad cannot be replaced. If you need a different surface type, please choose a mouse pad that suits your needs.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE MOUSE PAD HAS AN ODOR ?

If the mouse pad has a slight odor, please place it in a well-ventilated area for a few days and the odor will naturally dissipate.

HOW DOES THE BASE AFFECT USER EXPERIENCE?

Generally speaking, a harder base allows for smoother mouse movement and quicker speed. Softer bases offer more control and stability.
