Thank you for shopping with Matrova! We strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
UK Customers: VAT must be self-paid upon delivery.
US Customers: Customers may be responsible for paying additional taxes upon delivery.
Processing Time
- Non-Customized Products: Orders for non-customized products will typically ship within 7-28 business days. You will receive a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order.
- Customized Products: Orders for customized products will require an additional 3 business days for processing. Please allow extra time for customization before the shipment is dispatched.

- We offer 10$ standard shipping for all orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Mousepads are not returnable/ refundable once opened, if unopened they can be returned within the 30 day policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item please ensure it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send us an email at contact@matrova.com and we would be happy to help
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that due to machine heat transfer limitations, the design need to be 20mm bigger as a space for the blood when we cut it.
Please note that this product comes with default clear stitching. If you wish to change it, kindly contact us after placing your order.
If the size of your custom mouse pad exceeds 500 x 500 mm, we can only ship it rolled up. The current packaging may not be ideal, so please refrain from placing an order if you are concerned about this.
Please note that due to machine heat transfer limitations, small white dots smaller than 1mm may appear in the design. If this concerns you, please do not purchase.
For custom patterns, to ensure the best result, please provide high-resolution source files whenever possible.
Custom products require additional production time, with completion taking approximately 3-7 days.If you order a desk mat size mouse pad, it usually take longer because the stiching edge will be super hard to make.
The performance of different fabric and base combinations may vary. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us, and we will recommend the most suitable option for you.
Prices for irregularly shaped products are influenced by manual cutting and complexity. If you need a custom-shaped mouse pad, please contact us to discuss the details.
As the printing process uses heat transfer technology, certain fabrics may feel slightly different compared to solid-color pads (in most cases, the pad may feel smoother). Please be aware of this in advance.
Due to shipping restrictions, please ensure that your materials comply with legal requirements to avoid any shipping issues.
The product is generally shipped flat,unless it is less then 500X500mm; if you have special requirements, please let us know in advance.

Surface, print, and base all have amazing quality. By far the smoothest cloth pad Ive tested, weave is insanely tight with no texture. Not the fastest pad ever but I haven't broke it in yet. Definitely has plenty of control which is nice for mid & firm pads. Been going crazy on BF & CoD since game 1
The print quality is flawless and the stitching is so thin it's almost invisible, the base hasn't moved a single mm and is exactly perfect hardness for mid.
Lastly shipping and support was also top notch, I was helped out by multiple reps and employees to get my design perfect how I wanted it, and then it was shipped out flat and got to me really fast. (10 days to US)

Long time Artisan Raiden user here 4yrs+. The Breeze is on par surface wise and quality wise compared to Artisan. Its a bit faster than my heavily broken in Raiden. The base is super sticky and the lowered stitching is top notch. I couldn't ask for more at this price point there's a lot of value here. Amazing to finally have a Artisan quality desk mat!
After reviewing my product a few times, I found that I got the wrong base applied to my custom mousepad. It’s a lot harder than I’d expected and it attracts a lot of dust to the “Breeze” surface naturally I feel like. Overall it’s not a bad product by any means, just not exactly what I was looking for when ordering.
Was hoping for slightly more texture on the surface, my fault I guess haha. Overall the pad is very nice though, the custom image came out very nicely. Would rate 4.5 stars overall.
