Thank you for shopping with Matrova! We strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Our products will be shipped out from China
Processing Time
- Non-Customized Products: Orders for non-customized products will typically ship within 7-28 business days. Normally, you will receive a tracking number within 5 business days after placing your order.
- Customized Products: Orders for customized products will require an additional 3 business days for processing. Please allow extra time for customization before the shipment is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- We offer $10 standard shipping for all cloth pad orders.
- Fast shipping for cloth pads is available for $30, but may include additional costs (such as import taxes).
- Glass pad shipping is a flat $20.
A signature may be required upon delivery. Any issues related to signature requirements are not the responsibility of Matrova. We will not issue refunds if delivery fails due to a missing signature.
Shipping Timeframe
- Once shipped, orders generally take 7-28 business days to reach you, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order
- After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email, which can be used to monitor the progress of your shipment (Not fully trackable).
