Shipping Policy

UK Customers: VAT must be self-paid upon delivery.
US Customers: Customers may be responsible for paying additional taxes upon delivery.
Processing Time
- Non-Customized Products: Orders for non-customized products will typically ship within 7-28 business days. You will receive a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order.
- Customized Products: Orders for customized products will require an additional 3 business days for processing. Please allow extra time for customization before the shipment is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- We offer 10$ standard shipping for all orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Mousepads are not returnable/ refundable once opened, if unopened they can be returned within the 30 day policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item please ensure it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send us an email at contact@matrova.com and we would be happy to help
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our Ozi is a one of a kind mousepad, It's a control leaning balanced pad, with strong stopping power, and a consistent dynamic glide. If you like pads with personality, this one is the one to go for because of its unique texture and surface feel. For a control sided pad, our Ozi glides surprisingly well. It has some resistance, but nothing that slows you down too much during normal swipes. The speed of the mousepad sits between the Scarlet and BalanceX, so you will feel just a slight bit more control than a balanced pad. The surface has a coarse texture with a X an Y difference, with the X having a bit more resistance and texture feel. This resistance and texture adds more control to the pad, so it helps with precise aim and not over shooting your shot. Mostly for TAC games like CSGO, this could also be used in games that use fast flicking and precise micro tracking. The Ozi has our signature below surface stitching as well, so no harsh arm feel from swiping. The Ozi offers a perfect balance of control and accuracy.
