Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Matrova! We strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
UK Customers: VAT must be self-paid upon delivery.
US Customers: Customers may be responsible for paying additional taxes upon delivery.
Processing Time
- Non-Customized Products: Orders for non-customized products will typically ship within 7-28 business days. You will receive a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order.
- Customized Products: Orders for customized products will require an additional 3 business days for processing. Please allow extra time for customization before the shipment is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- We offer 10$ standard shipping for all orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Mousepads are not returnable/ refundable once opened, if unopened they can be returned within the 30 day policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item please ensure it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send us an email at contact@matrova.com and we would be happy to help
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that due to machine heat transfer limitations, the design need to be 20mm bigger as a space for the blood when we cut it.
Please note that this product comes with default clear stitching. If you wish to change it, kindly contact us after placing your order.
Please note that right now due to the size limitation for shipping,we can only ship it rolled up. The current packaging may not be ideal, so please refrain from placing an order if you are concerned about this.
Please note that due to machine heat transfer limitations, dark colors may appear 5% lighter and small white dots (smaller than 1mm) may appear in the design,If this concerns you, please do not purchase.
For custom patterns, to ensure the best result, please provide high-resolution source files whenever possible.
Custom products require additional production time, with completion taking approximately 3-7 days.If you order a desk mat size mouse pad, it usually take longer because the stiching edge will be super hard to make.
The performance of different fabric and base combinations may vary. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us, and we will recommend the most suitable option for you.
Prices for irregularly shaped products are influenced by manual cutting and complexity. If you need a custom-shaped mouse pad, please contact us to discuss the details.
As the printing process uses heat transfer technology, certain fabrics may feel slightly different compared to solid-color pads (in most cases, the pad may feel smoother). Please be aware of this in advance.

Custom Mousepad
Good pad, got the shadow hunt in poron like rubber and the graphic printed on was quite clear which is nice. Its slow but not as slow as I expected, speed was similar to artisan zero xsoft, the surface is nice quite smooth and skin friendly (coming from a person with eczema). The base is good, it grips very well in my table.
The print came out incredibly. All the fine details are visible. The pad surface itself actually surprised me with how unique it felt compared to my other several pads, which include Artisan’s lineup. I ran it through a series of Kovaaks playlists and scenarios and was able to break several PB’s with relative ease. It’s now in my top 3 rotations because of that unique sense of glide and control. For me personally, it feels like a mix of a glass pad, an artisan hien and a zero. Well worth the purchase. Thank you for making this so accessible to a broader communtiy at this price point too.
Great pad and the printing is amazing!
I got balance and its perfect middle ground. Pad is super consistent and quiet with every movement, very pleasant for skin and the stitching is unnoticeable. Pad sticks to the desk like a glue.

Print quality is vibrant and high resolution, the top surface is insanely soft and smooth. I cannot recommend this more, the price is unbeatable for this quality and customization.
