Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Matrova! We strive to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
UK Customers: VAT must be self-paid upon delivery.
US Customers: Customers may be responsible for paying additional taxes upon delivery.
Processing Time
- Non-Customized Products: Orders for non-customized products will typically ship within 7-28 business days. You will receive a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order.
- Customized Products: Orders for customized products will require an additional 3 business days for processing. Please allow extra time for customization before the shipment is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- We offer 10$ standard shipping for all orders.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Mousepads are not returnable/ refundable once opened, if unopened they can be returned within the 30 day policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item please ensure it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send us an email at contact@matrova.com and we would be happy to help
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Matrova Vein is a premium soft-silk surfaced pad designed with a delicate, almost airbrushed texture, it features medium static and low dynamic friction, giving it the versatility to allow for controlled flicks whilst freely allowing tracking movements. The PU soft base keeps the pad firmly in place during play, allowing users to sink skates for additional friction- though dot skates bottoming out is not an issue. Glide remains remarkably consistent across both X and Y axes Its below-the-surface stitching creates a true edge-to-edge feel. The surface carries a naturally cool touch. Visually, it maintains Matrova’s minimalist style with Matrova logo and “Vein” branding dye subbed on the bottom right, giving it a clean aesthetic that fits into any setup. Vein is an all-rounder: smooth, balanced, and consistent.
